The Klipspringer accommodation is an oasis set in the northern side of the reserve. Entombed in a verdant garden, retreat to one of the rustic cottages for a soothing safari experience. The location is named after a family of Klipspringers who can be seen roaming the area and overlooks a nearby watering hole adorned with a hide for effortless game viewing, while the pool, open air boma, and raised lounge invites guests to enjoy the scenery in elegance and style.

Welcome to Klipspringer

Peruse the pinnacle of bushveld living in the midst of a rich garden tapestry. Three thatched and standalone cottages, as well as the spacious main house, offers guests cosy accommodation. The neighbouring watering hole provides optimal game viewing without having to venture far. The common area is equipped with all at-home luxuries, while the surrounding environment promotes a harmonious relationship with nature. Rest and recuperate on the veranda, refresh in the crystal clear pool, and journey to the watering hole to marvel at the wondrous wildlife that calls Selati home.

  • Three stand-alone cottages equipped with queen-sized beds and outdoor baths
  • A large house accommodation equipped with four bedrooms and eight single beds, each adorned with an en-suite bathroom. This lodging comes with a kitchen, walk-in fridge, lounge and bar area, veranda, and outdoor eating area

Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

To secure a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment of the balance of the booking must be made in full no less than 30 calendar days prior to arrival.

Where 12 guests or more are making a booking there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required.

Peak Season Terms and Conditions:

20 December until 5 January. All Bookings over Peak Season can only be secured once a 65% non-refundable deposit has been paid.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation of the booking is based on the total amount paid less the 50% non-refundable deposit.

> 30–15 days – 25% of full amount will be refunded

> 14 days or less –0% of full amount will be refunded

Arrival and Departure Times:

Guests may arrive any time from 14h00, and the lodge must be vacated by 10h00.

Please note that there is a 25% surcharge on late check-outs and early check-ins.

What we recommend you bring with you:

  • Comfortable walking shoes, especially if you are going to do a trail as one of your game activities;
  • Backpack to carry items when on drive or a walk/trail;
  • sun hat;
  • sunglasses;
  • sunblock;
  • cameras and binoculars;
  • anti-malaria precautions (please consult your doctor / pharmacist);
  • light, neutral coloured clothing;
  • swimming costume; and
  • warm jackets for the winter months (May – October).
